DIY Course: Immediate access upon payment. One-time payment or split payment plan available.
Done-With-You Program: 2-month minimum commitment. Service begins upon first payment.
3. Payments All prices in EUR. Payment processed via our platform. Split payment plans require completion of all installments.
4. Refunds
DIY Course: No refunds after access is granted.
Done-With-You: 7-day money-back guarantee from start date. After 7 days, you're committed for the full 2-month term. No refunds for early termination.
5. Access & Delivery Course materials delivered via our hosting platform (GoHighLevel). You're responsible for maintaining login credentials. We're not liable for access issues on your end.
6. Intellectual Property All course content, materials, and frameworks are proprietary. No sharing, redistribution, or resale. Violation results in immediate termination and potential legal action.
7. Results Disclaimer We're educators, not magicians. Your results depend on your implementation. We make no income guarantees.
8. Liability We're not liable for any business losses, damages, or results from using our services. Maximum liability is the amount you paid.
9. Termination We reserve the right to terminate access for violation of terms, chargebacks, or abusive behavior.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by German law. Jurisdiction: Düsseldorf, Germany.
11. Changes We can update these terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.
